Message	posted. I would recommend Rislone instead of an engine flush. Follow the directions on the bottle, change the oil after the recommended interval. If the lifters sound better than before you did the Rislone treatment, add Rislone to the oil again until the tick goes away completely. If that doesn't work, your other options are taking out the lifters and cleaning or replacing them. I would recommend replacing.
